    We loved the fantastic facilities at CT10HP! The kids had a blast at the playground, jumping pillow, and heated pool. We also enjoyed the BBQ facilities and the option to hire bikes and go-karts for the kids. Being just a short walk to town was a bonus too. The 1-bedroom superior family room unit with its own bathroom was perfect for us. The pool, playground, and bbq area were right outside our front door, and the jumping pillow was conveniently located just steps away from the back door. It was great to have a kid-friendly space nearby where they could play while we relaxed on the patio. The staff were friendly and quick to accommodate our request for a coffee plunger in our room.

    Felt safe walking at night, nothing to complain about.

    Fantastic facilities. Helpful staff. Quiet, peaceful setting. Roomy, comfortable rooms with kitchenette. Ideal for a family. Highly recommended for a well priced vacation.

    The rooms were immaculate, with comfortable bunk beds and a big pillow for the kids. The playground and swimming pool were super fun, and the go-kart was a jaw-dropping hit! The staff were extremely helpful and recommended a stunning nearby beach. The shower facilities were clean and smelt amazing every single time. The location was conveniently close to town, with bikes available for the kids. a mind-blowingly great experience!

    We were just passing thru, so arrived late and left early. Staff were very good and left our room open ready for us. Payment was done all on line so no need to disturb them in the early hours of the morning. Unit was very comfortable and suited us just fine. So unfortunately we didnt get to look around the place. We would love to stay again

    My only comment would be no mixer in the shower. All good for adults but I am sure children might stuggle with this.

    Clean and freindly staff

    As a mature couple we could not take a decent shower or have a comfortable bowel movement in the night because the lights in the toilets would go out after 5 minutes. This is a ridiculous policy that staff were not able to address even though we complained about this problem. Any facility that has such rigid rules that effect seniors should advise seniors not to stay there. Poor policy and poor customer relations. We will not be staying in a Top 10 from here on.

    Loved having the back door off the kitchen leading straight to the pool, jumping pillow, and playground. French doors from the dining area opened to a great BBQ area. The park was the perfect base for exploring the charming town and the fascinating School of Mines museum.

    So glad the communal kitchens had enough pots and pans for everyone. I mean, who wants their own private kitchen when you can share with strangers?

    The staff were very friendly and laid back. Compared to other holiday parks that I have stayed in NZ, they were not that strict on check-in, check out time. They were also very helpful when we asked them to store our luggage for four hours.

    I wish you had a spa!!!

    We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for our Coromandel summer holiday, with the city center just a short walk away. The rooms and facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved that this place offered free bike hire for Top 10 Members, allowing us to explore the beautiful coastal route without having to climb any hills. the hotel provided excellent amenities such as a swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and a sun terrace. our experience here exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

    We were very upset with our stay. Everyone should definitely consider using this company.

    Initially we were booked into a chalet but when we discovered we had to use the communal shower block we upgraded to a motel room which was perfect, comfortable and clean with everything we needed for a self catering stay. The upgrade cost 40nsd extra and was well worth it. There was a swimming pool on site which was a real bonus at the end of a hot and sunny day.
